CBM2 Participates in KU Carnival of Chemistry, November 2019

CBM2 participated in the Carnival of Chemistry, November 24, 2019, which was hosted by the KU Department of Chemistry and the KU Chemistry Club. The CBM2 group gave a hands-on demonstration to school children and their families of how to fabricate a microfluidic chip. Kids were able to mold a microfluidic channel in play dough to see how plastic is molded into microfluidic chips. They then got to fill a real microfluidic chip with colored dye to see how the microfluidic channel fills during an experiment.
